By submitting an order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them, which form the entire agreement between you and Hamford Publishing.
"Website" means all online content on the Hamford Publishing website pages.
"Customer," "You," "Yours" means and refers to you and/or any other person submitting an order to Hamford Publishing on your behalf.
"Company," "We," "Our" means and refers to Hamford Publishing, a company registered under the laws of the State.
"Product or Services" means and refers to all services and products provided by Hamford Publishing to the customer in accordance with their order.
"Order" means an order via phone or e-mail made by a customer to purchase services or products provided by Hamford Publishing. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.
It is important that you carefully read and understand these terms in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by Hamford Publishing policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the specified fee for the service selected. Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Upon full payment for our services, you will retain the full ownership and copyright of your book, manuscript, and associated materials. Hamford Publishing grants you a license to use any content provided, including design materials and manuscripts, solely for your book's promotion and publication.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to complete the work. Any delays caused by the client, including missing information or late feedback, may impact the delivery timeline. Hamford Publishing is not responsible for errors in the final product caused by inaccuracies or incomplete details provided by the client.
We do not accept any returns on fulfilled orders due to the nature of the products we produce. If changes need to be made to ensure quality standards such as editing and proofreading services are adhered to, alongside requirements being followed, we have a revision process in place. If the fulfilled product does not meet the requirements as specified at the placement of the order, we will begin an extensive internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.
Each package has its own revision policy, per the service description of each individual package. We provide revisions within 5 to 10 days of the order going into the "Waiting for Customer Approval" status in our Order Management Platform.
Revisions come into play at the end of the order process, once the product has been presented for review. At this time, the customer may request revisions directly by contacting their assigned Project Manager to ensure that the original provided requirements have been met. The customer is always welcome to make personal changes to any content they receive after the order has been fulfilled, as it is delivered in Word format and they own the rights to it.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and do our best to stand behind the customer and take care of their needs. Our team will always work with the customer to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
Refunds, if processed, take between 5 to 15 days to reflect on the customer's end. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be charged in all cases. Refund approval confirmation will be provided by the support team and can only be made through the original payment method used at placement of the order.
We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:

We believe in "On Time Delivery," but if for any reason we fail to deliver the asked service on time, after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company's fault.
Refunds must be claimed within 10 days of first submission/order delivery, subject to no revisions having been availed. Refunds claimed after the set time frame will not be entertained. All customers must note the deadline for claiming a refund at the time of placing their order.
Hamford Publishing values your privacy. We agree to keep all information shared during the project confidential, including any personal data, manuscript content, and ideas. We will not share or disclose any materials to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.
We strive to deliver all services promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the project and feedback delays. We will notify you of any significant delays and work with you to meet your expectations.
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Hamford Publishing is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our services, including errors, delays, or failure to meet client expectations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as book sales or marketing success.
Hamford Publishing reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any terms of this agreement or engages in unethical behavior. In such cases, the client will be charged for any completed work until termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hamford Publishing harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to content infringement, copyright issues, or any other legal matters related to your book.
Hamford Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
